A community that favors coherent, high-quality urban planning
A community where land-use planning and infrastructure and housing projects help to preserve its face as a pleasant village community, and to boost potential and exchanges between neighborhoods.
CONTEXT
After years of rapid urbanization, there is an urgent need for a vision for the development of the commune's buildings and infrastructures, enabling the selection and promotion of projects that are proportionate to the size of the commune and useful to its residents, and thus avoiding squandering the financial reserves accumulated over decades without the residents perceiving a master plan and an obvious improvement in their well-being.
Our position
Horizon's aim is to develop a real VISION in terms of urban planning and infrastructure, to improve the well-being of residents and strengthen economic dynamism, and thus give the commune a coherent, pleasant, functional and attractive face, at reasonable costs that preserve its financial health.
OBJECTIves 2030
The W-O structure scheme fully reviewed and implemented
All communal premises fitted out and allocated
Plateau des possibles' at Ban Eik 80% complete

Our suggestions
During our surveys and discussions, we noted your expectations:
Be inspired by neighboring communes and collaborate with them on joint projects
Better control of real estate projects, otherwise goodbye to our village community
Stop projects that cost a fortune and benefit only a minority.
